About Marisa Meisters

Travel and photography have been two of Marisa's passions for as long as she can remember. She earned her M.S. in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey in the UK. After a brief career in the IT world, she founded WorldwideXplorer, where she could put her passion into practice.
​
Marisa served on the board of directors for a local business organization for several years, and currently serves on the board of directors for a local photography organization.
​
Marisa is passionate about nature and wildlife as well. Many WorldwideXplorer tours visit wildlife and humanitarian organizations and schools around the world.
